Gaijin is an homage to a Japanese Izakaya in Zurich’s Kreis 4, serving contemporary food inspired by Japanese preparation methods and flavours but encapsulating influences from all over Asia and other parts of the world. Gaijin also has a gained a spot in the Michelin guide as a ‘Bib Gourmand’ restaurant.
